White metal alloy tankard, wider at the base, tapering inwards to form a slightly smaller rim. Two large curved handles, one on either side. Glass base. Surface of tankard is plain apart from some engraved details on the front. Inscription reads A.C.C.G 1874 STEEPLECHASE 2nd PRIZE.
