Rectangular, portrait, cream, thick piece of paper printed with decorative black text in a variety of font styles. Some specific information such as date, names and signatures have been hand written in black ink. On the top of the sheet is a printed image of two men in robes. One is sitting on a bench or bed with his legs up, the other is standing with one arm reaching out slightly, towards the other and his other arm resting on a cane. On the bottom left corner of the document a round golden coloured seal is adhered to the paper, it has a zig zag edge.
