The Victory Medal

Yellow/gold coloured round medal hanging from round loop connected at the top of the disk. Threaded through the top of the loop is a section of ribbon, red in the centre, moving on either side through orange, yellow, green, blue and ending with purple at the outer edges. Stitched at the top with black thread. Recantular shaped ribbon that tapers at the bottom to a point where it meets the medal. Medal has details of the war on the reverse, surrounded by a garland. Image of winged figure in robes with outstretched left arm on obverse.
