Part of a possible blade tool, perhaps part of a small sickle? Crescent or apostrophe shaped with possible blade on outer edge. Thin strip of metal curved up perpendicular to “blade” surface, perhaps a handle tang? Blade surface is quite thick in center, sloping to edges. Tip possibly missing and semi-circular losses out of long blade edge.
