T-shaped axe head, primarily shank with back portions of blade arms partially preserved. Socket broken off and missing except for small part of one side. Socket would appear to have been very narrow or is artificially flattened. No visible evidence of welded joins but there is a circular feature centred on blade just below shank which gives appearance of a rivet or fastening.
