Small lacquerware box or jar. Tall and round shaped with push on lid. Gold coloured interiors. Black exterior with gilt detail and evidence of red paint. Depicts three short fat birds with long thin legs, and some foliage, crossing from main body to lid. 5 x painted characters on base.
