A fragment of cartonnage, from the wesekh collar of a mummy case. Painted with a geometric pattern in blue, red, black and white, with a depiction of a sparrowhawk head in profile in the upper section. Mounted with thread on a piece of orange card for display in Dr Thomas Grierson's Museum at Thornhill. The mount is inscribed with a description in Dr Grierson's hand. Formerly in the collection of Dr James Grant (Bey).
